Curtiss,  How many hour's do you have and in what types?  Are you interested in becoming a
Commercial pilot with a Certified Flight Instructor Rating??  If so you could have a flight school
set up under a Corporation that would save you a bundle in tax write-off's.  Deprecation on the
land,  buildings and equipment, would be tremendous.  I have a very honest tax attorney that we
have worked with for years that already has the setup.

Now regarding the pole barn as housing while you build a house.  Yes it could be done.  The
office is 16 X 22 feet and very well insulated and being on the north side of the hanger gets very
little heat from the sun plus is blocked from the prevailing west winds by the rest room extension
on the north west side of the building. It has electric base board heat and a wall air conditioner
that will cool it very well.
I think you may be better off to purchase a used motor home, " AS THESE ARE EXTREMELY
CHEAP AROUND HERE WITH GAS OVER $3.00 a GALLON ".  And resell it when the house is
finished.  There is a 39 footer in the "Trader" for $6500.00. There are hookups for four motor
homes on the east side of the hanger with all but sewer attachments. It would be easy and cheap
to run a pipe to the sewer system for the rest room on the road side of the hanger, "about 50 feet
of pipe all down grade."
